Please try and report your comment, also it would be nice if people contribute to the content of the dictionary itself.

Taking the JALINGO open source JAVA code I want to add an improved dictionary based on LACVIET content (Freedom for the knowledge).

That was also a good opportunity for people to know each other and exchange similar points of view and see strategies of how make Open Source popular in Vietnam.
